The truth is out on the real reason Summer Newman (Hunter King) moved away to Milan for her dream job, and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is bitter, resentful, and out for revenge. So, what new information could Summer reveal on The Young and the Restless this week that will have her parents caught off guard once again?
Never trust someone with a shady past in Genoa City. Hasn’t anyone learned that once a schemer, always a schemer? Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) is starting to get a clue when he starts to have his misgivings about Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) being a “reformed” man.
And Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) tries to find out what reaction she’ll get from Adam when he sees her next. She tries to make plans with him and Connor, but Adam isn’t too keen on the idea just yet. But, of course, she did just try to frame him for an attempted murder not too long ago, so it makes sense he isn’t as gung-ho to become a family again like her.
A text from Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) on The Young and the Restless made everything think she was not coming back. Everyone but Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks). It reinforced her belief Mariah was kidnapped and begged Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) for help.
A sprinkle of truth from Eric Forrester (John McCook), a juicy tidbit from Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey Bregman), and a game-changing play by Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) finally took Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) down. Summer finally spilled all, and Tara had no choice but to fess up. The drama didn’t stop there, though. Phyllis continued digging for dirt. She took a deep dive into Tara’s financials to prove she wasn’t just a manipulative lair but a con too.
Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) shocked Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) with a proposal of marriage. Who was she to say no to a dying man? She said yes and they decided to start planning the wedding of the century.
