The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, March 27, 2020, reveal another terrifying health scare for Victoria. She is barely on the mend from being stabbed and she’s already facing another trip to the hospital.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights

Life has not been kind to Victoria (Amelia Heinle) the last few weeks. One minute she was on top of the world, in love with Billy (Jason Thompson), rebuilding her family, and at the height of her career. Now, she’s struggling to keep her chin up and get the willpower to get off the couch every day. She has lost her mojo and is slipping into quite a depression.

Nick and Victoria: Sibling Love

Nick (Joshua Morrow) heard it was getting bad but he had no idea until he goes for a visit. Vicky is in bad shape and even his dad jokes can’t make her smile.

Heck, even asking for help with a big-time business deal doesn’t rally her spirits. In fact, she shocks him when she says she doesn’t care if the contract falls through and everything falls apart.

That does it for Nick. Like a good brother, he pushes and pries and forces her to open up. This is not like her at all and he has never seen her this low. What can he do to help? How can he make this better? Victoria feels like a lost soul. She has fought for her life one too many times and it’s clearly getting to her.

Unfortunately, the fight isn’t over. Victoria gets so worked up she begins having chest pains and collapses into Nick’s arms. He calls an ambulance and rushes his sister to the hospital.

Is there something worse going on with Victoria? Did the stabbing do more damage than the doctors thought? Or, is this a case of massive anxiety?
