Your The Young and the Restless spoilers weekly update for March 29 – April 3, 2020, is here! Catch up on what you missed, get a sneak peek at what’s ahead, and find out how you can get involved in the soap opera community!

Y&R Weekly Recap

Steam started rising on The Young and the Restless this week, leading to certain people getting scalded! The Abbotts nearly came to blows as they readied the house for Dina, but the reminder that she was nearing her end was enough to keep them civil.

The heat of a different sort took hold of Mariah and Tessa, after the two of them managed to work through their conflict, then quickly decide that they never wanted to be apart again.

Meanwhile, the murder mystery got into full swing after Adam and Chelsea tricked Alyssa into helping, and now the question of who killed who is at the forefront of everyone’s minds. Those billows are growing thicker, but next week might finally bring clarity. Here are the spoilers!

Y&R Weekly Teasers

Billy continues to rub people the wrong way, and his antics don’t go unaddressed by Victor, who issues a firm ultimatum to the man. He’s set to receive some firm words of his own, though, after Adam’s investigation prompts a blackmail attempt.
Things also grow more complicated for Nick and Phyllis, and even as they reach a decision about their future, a new plot begins to take shape against them.

A Look Ahead

We’ve seen a lot of action this week, and next week will be pretty unpredictable. With so much going on, it’s easy to miss occasional details… but that’s why Soap Hub is here to help. The Young and the Restless’s History

Y&R made its debut in 1973 and introduced more sexual undertones and younger characters to daytime soap operas. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, four decades’ worth of storylines has kept viewers locked in and wanting more.

From Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) family machinations to Paul Williams’ (Doug Davidson) heroism, to the adorable love story of Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Lola (Sasha Calle), Y&R knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more. Sadly, times are shifting, and soap operas are shrinking.

Bringing the Drama

Y&R is one of only four remaining soap operas currently on the air. The other three daytime dramas include General Hospital (GH), Days of our Lives (DAYS), and The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B). Y&R airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for air times.
