The Young and the Restless spoilers for April 26-30, 2021, tease yet another medical malady for Faith, Amanda wondering where her loyalties lie, and so much more.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlight
An ailing Faith (Reylynn Caster) completes her first session with an addictions counselor, then heads to Crimson Lights with her mother and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott).
Soon after their arrival, Faith loses consciousness and collapses to the floor. Sharon (Sharon Chase) and Nikki are able to awaken her and get her seated just in time as Nick (Joshua Morrow) to happen upon the scene.
Luckily for the quad, Elena (Brytni Sarpy) is on hand to give Faith the once-over, and on her strong recommendation, the young woman is rushed to the E.R.
While a battery of tests are being performed, Sharon worries that Faith may have inadvertently come into contact with the same substance that poisoned Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) – but Nate (Sean Dominic) eventually arrives with a far more shocking diagnosis.
Faith’s kidneys are shutting down, and an emergency transplant is a necessity. Various members of the Newman family are tested to see who among them would be the most viable donor. Will any of them be compatible?

Amanda’s (Mishael Morgan) strategy to clear her grandfather’s name by painting her father, the murder victim, as an opportunistic blackmailer hits two major snags.
First, she begins to have second thoughts about discrediting a dead man. Second, after a conversation with Devon (Bryton James), she realizes that her theory doesn’t hold as much weight as she first thought.
With no other avenues available to her, Amanda decides that she must once again turn to the one man who can shed some much-needed light on the entire case – Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). But could do so cause more issues than it solves?
Odds and Ends
In other Genoa City news, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) provides plausible cover for her husband’s cruel actions, and Jack (Peter Bergman) accepts an invitation extended by Sally (Courtney Hope). Might the couple that never quite was, actually be on the road to reconciliation?
Meanwhile, Sharon keeps a secret for Adam (Mark Grossman), Kyle (Michael Mealor) is forced to connect some dots, and Imani (Leigh-Ann Rose) makes her presence known.
Finally, Victor discovers a clue about Adam’s whereabouts and finds leverage that he can use against Chelsea (Melisa Claire Egan). The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
