The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal a very broken Nate. The good doctor/bad cousin paid a high price for his affair with Elena – he may not be able to operate again. His career is on the brink of collapse and he is reaching his breaking point.

While sleeping with Elena (Brytni Sarpy) was the very worst thing he could do, did Nate (Sean Dominic) deserve the consequences? He definitely doesn’t think so. How does bedding Devon’s (Bryton James) girlfriend equal ending his run as a surgeon? It shouldn’t. Not as far as he is concerned.
Someone Must Pay
Rumor has it, Nate wants Devon to pay for his big mistake. Violence does not solve anything and putting his fists up in anger was the completely wrong move. But, how will he take down Devon? Well, we think by hitting him in the bank account.
Could there be a civil suit coming worth millions? If Nate can’t operate then he should at least get paid for lost wages, right? Plus, there is all that pain, suffering, and mental anguish. He will have to recoup funds for that trouble as well.

A Messy Lawsuit
Does Nate have a case? He seems to. Will he win? Maybe, but it will not be a good look. While everyone in the inner GC circle knows about Elena and Nate’s roll on the exam table, just wait to see what their colleagues have to say. The courtroom drama would certainly be front-page news, perhaps even worthy of the old GC Buzz.
Is Nate ready for that kind of attention? Is Elena? It will be especially bad since the two are beginning to date. There is no way Nate can sue the Chancellor heir without public humiliation all around.
Will Devon Give In?
Of course, there is always the option Devon will give in and settle. If anyone knows what it is like to sleep with a family member’s partner, it’s him. It was only a few years ago he was sleeping with his dad’s wife, Hilary. Devon may just see the error of his ways and cut his cousin a nice, big check to make it all go away.
