The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, August 28, 2019, reveal a surprise notice turning Devon’s whole life upside down. There seems to be a problem with his bank account. Make sure to tune in so you don’t miss a minute.
Devon’s (Bryton James) lived quite the high life since becoming Katherine’s heir. He lives in a gorgeous penthouse, rides on a private jet, has the most expensive car, and several companies under his belt. He’s made himself a wild success and definitely enjoys his high-end lifestyle.
So, what’s the problem with Katherine’s will and why is it only coming up now, six whole years later? The notice says Devon is to meet with a lawyer about this issue in two weeks. It must be something big or why would anyone even look into it.
She was a shrewd businesswoman and even more picky with her personal affairs. It wouldn’t be like Katherine to leave loopholes. Perhaps there’s another heir out there determined to get their cut?

It did seem odd Katherine left Devon the bulk of her estate. Are one of Katherine’s kids, step kids, or grandchildren coming to claim what’s rightfully theirs? Maybe.
There are rumors of Chance coming home so it’s almost a sure bet he’ll want his cut — especially since it sounds like he turned into quite a shady fella.
Devon could be in for an uphill battle while he goes through this new war. His money and his legacy are on the line and he will have to fight to keep them. Or, he may be forced to change his whole life path and create a new dream.
