The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for August 6th-10th reveal a week of corporate wars, family feuds, and a possible new romance!
A Bad Deal
Big things are on the horizon for Billy (Jason Thompson), but none of them are good. He makes a decision at Jabot that’ll shake Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) to the core.
She’s then on the hunt for a way out of her contract when Billy announces Jabot will open cosmetic stores of their own.
With Lauren’s business already shaky, will she find another investor before it’s too late? Hopefully that offer from Nick (Joshua Morrow) still stands and he can convince Jack (Peter Bergman) she’s a good risk.
Billy’s overinflated ego at the office won’t take him very far at home. He and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) are still on the rocks and his pain over their breakup cuts deep – so deep he may just take Summer (Hunter King) up on her interesting offer…
Failing Health
Over at Newman, things are getting better but Victor (Eric Braeden) isn’t. His health is still shaky and he turns to Nate (Brooks Darnell). The doc has his work cut out for him if he wants to keeps Victor from falling apart.
The older man is in such a bad way he reaches out his family to try to make things right. Is this a signal things are much worse than he’s willing to admit?

A white flag may be on the table for the Newmans, but the Winters family is in the middle of one of their worst wars yet.
Devon’s (Bryton James) still stinging from Hilary’s death and is ready to throw Lily (Christel Khalil) under the bus. He wants her charged for his wife’s and baby’s deaths.
Neil (Kristoff St. John) will have to step in and try to stop his family from spiraling completely out of control.
If Lily faces charges , everyone will suffer, especially Mattie and Charlie. Devon’s loss is deep but bringing Lily to court won’t change anything. Still, convincing Devon justice is best served at home isn’t going to be easy.

Of course, it’s possible the guilt will eat at Lily causing her to take matters into her own hands!
Could This Be Love?
Thankfully, Neil has Ashley (Eileen Davidson) to lean on as he navigates this family disaster. Could this be the event that finally brings these two together? Grief can do crazy things and a new love could be just what Neil needs.
