Expect Abby (Melissa Ordway) to give up and sell Red (Michelle Stafford) her shares. Oh yes, the hotel is all hers and she can have it. Abby is done fighting. There’s just one teeny, tiny catch — Abby’s opening a rival hotel.

Abby’s gearing up to build the biggest, most glamorous, and posh hotel in the area. Phyllis can have GP because Abby’s going to steal all the customers anyway.

Everyone’s Out To Get Phyllis

Abby isn’t the only enemy Red should worry about. Chance (Donny Boaz) is out to get her and nail her to the wall by any means necessary. Thankfully, there is an easy one — the doctor’s files. He recruits Kevin (Greg Rikaart) and gets to work.

Dina’s Dying

Meanwhile, Jack (Peter Bergman) calls Ashley (Eileen Davidson) home. Their mother is not doing well and it’s time to soak in every last moment. Could this be the end of Dina (Marla Adams)? Her nurses warn Jack they may only have a very short time left.

In an odd twist, Jack does not rush to be by Dina’s side. Instead, he hangs out with Adam (Mark Grossman). The former besties have not spoken too much since Adam’s shocking return and it’s time to catch up. The timing couldn’t be more perfect since Adam is plotting on waging a war at Newman and needs advice.

Filling The Position

Speaking of that corporate battle, Victor (Eric Braeden) mulls over Adam’s offer to come back. He even talks it over with Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Nick (Joshua Morrow).

They think the mogul should cut ties but The Mustache isn’t so sure. Know your enemy is his motto. Better to keep Adam close than to try to throw him away again.

At least the Newmans will have a reason to smile. Victoria (Amelia Heinle) is doing well, on her way to full recovery,  and is ready to go home.
