Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott) waking up after a night of blackout drinking and Jack’s (Peter Bergman) has had enough, especially when Nikki wakes up not remembering a thing. He leaves the house in a huff before his temper explodes.
Ashley Tries To Take Control
Ashley (Brenda Epperson) is also worried. So much so, she turns to Victor (Eric Braeden). She tells him the tale of Nikki’s constant flu bug and shares her concerns. Unfortunately, Victor doesn’t share those concerns. Sure, Nikki may be drinking but that’s none of his business. Nevertheless, Ashley goes to see Nikki but finds she becomes the Queen of Deflection and won’t address any problems whatsoever.
John’s Women Prepare For War
Meanwhile, Brad (Don Diamont) and Traci (Beth Maitland) are due back from their honeymoon and everyone wants to make it special. Jill (Jess Walton) wants to plan an elaborate dinner but Dina (Marla Adams) has other plans. When John agrees with Dina, Jill finally realizes his ex-wife could be a serious threat.
Jill’s right about Dina. John’s ex takes him to lunch, butters him up with a walk down memory lane, then makes a desperate plea to be back in his life. Will John fall for it, though? He may not have the chance. Jill heads to Paul the PI to prove Dina’s a liar and get her out of their lives once and for all.
Jack Unravels
Meanwhile, John heads back to the office and is bombarded with a very upset Jack. Poor Jacky finally opens up about his wife’s drinking. It’s bad an he’s not sure how to get Nikki to quit. Her alcoholism is ruining their marriage, her life, and soon their entire family. Jack’s at his wit’s end and fears he’ll lose his temper and seriously hurt Nikki if she drinks again.
Married Life
As for the honeymooners, Traci (Beth Maitland) is a doting wife and Brad’s (Don Diamont) trying his best to be a good man, even after a flirty lady tries to turn up the heat.
