The Young and the Restless spoilers raw breakdown for Wednesday, September 18, 2019, promises a day of heartache, suspicions, and not-so-shocking accusations. Victoria’s world falls apart and Adam is in the hot seat.
The Newmans aren’t playing around. Victor’s (Eric Braeden) tragic death will not be in vain. They call upon Michael (Christian LeBlanc) to open an investigation. They want the works. Something is fishy and they are sure Adam (Mark Grossman) had a hand in The Mustache’s untimely demise.
The family also asks their DA friend to put the media on radio silence until they can find Victoria (Amelia Heinle). They want to be the ones to tell her. Michael agrees and immediately calls Kevin (Greg Rikaart) to keep an eye out for Vicky.
Talk about a stroke of luck. Kevin and Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) just so happen to be the only people who do know where she is. They rush off to the boathouse.
They’ll find Victoria and Billy (Jason Thompson) content in the aftermath of his breakthrough. In fact, they will be positively glowing. Sure, she thinks he should get more help (as do Kevin and Chloe) but hey, he’s all better now anyway, right?
Chloe has no choice but to perform the gut-wrenching task of telling Victoria about her dad. Poor Vicky will feel her whole world crash around her and rush home to the ranch.
Meanwhile, Adam has quite a busy late evening. Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) bangs down his door when he misses a meeting with Connor. Of course, all is forgiven when she finds out about Victor.
The tragic news will stun her but it will also bring up a rather odd question. Why didn’t Nick call her himself? She gets the bombshell answer when she arrives home. Nick tells her the family is calling for an investigation. Don’t think she’ll waste any time before pointing the finger at her ex.
As for Adam, no sooner will Chelsea be out the door than Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) barges in. She isn’t going to let her bestie wallow alone and forces her company on him. A few too many drinks in and many of their secrets come out.
DA Baldwin also pops by. Michael’s gut is telling him Adam’s guilty and he may very well be right. Of course, Adam’s not going to admit that. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
