The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights
Freshly-engaged Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) gets a rude awakening during a run-in with Adam (Mark Grossman). The men sling insults and threats. Adam even claims he is the right man for Sharon (Sharon Case). Enjoy her while it lasts because Adam has every intention of stopping Sharon before she walks down the aisle.
Unfortunately, the big-time brag destroys Adam’s entire life. Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) is back from her trip and hears the whole thing. It is quite a blow. She goes home, packs her bags, and leaves Adam once and for all.
Marry Me ASAP
As for Rey, he heads home to cement his place in Sharon’s life. He presents her with a stunning ring and asks to set a date. The couple agrees to a New Years’ Eve celebration. What better way to ring in the new year after getting rid of the albatross that is 2020?

Letting Go
Speaking of breakups, Elena (Brytni Sarpy) whines to Lola (Sasha Calle) about the state of her love life. Lola does not have a lot of advice to offer, but she does need a roommate.
There is another move to make first, though. She is giving up the clinic. Don’t think Nate takes the news well. He and Elena built the clinic from the ground up and she deserves to stay. However, this is one time he can not play the hero. Her mind is made up and she is walking away.
A Huge Twist
Devon (Bryton James) spends his evening with Amanda (SHOCKING). They grab dinner and drinks before heading to Amanda’s (Mishael Morgan) hotel room. Don’t worry, they are there just to hang out, not get frisky.
In fact, things take a completely unromantic turn when a letter from the PI shows up. The PI talked to a neighbor who does not remember Rose being pregnant but sure does recollect her showing up with a brand-new baby. If this is true, the real question is, who is Amanda’s real mom?
