The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, December 13, 2019 usher in a day of bad luck throughout Genoa City.
We have Connor doing what Connor does best, Billy and Victoria reconnecting before pulling apart, and Phyllis threatening Chance. You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional episode.
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) bitches to Chance (Danny Boaz) about Abby (Melissa Ordway) firing her from The Grand Phoenix. When Chance refuses to help get her rehired, Phyllis reminds she knows a secret about what Chance was up to in Vegas.
Chance claims he was undercover, but Phyllis drops a bombshell that has him concerned. Abby doesn’t realize that he really is too good to be true.
Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam (Mark Grossman) discuss whether they should call Connor (Judah Mackey) on his lies about Sharon (Sharon Case). Chelsea points out they’ve been lying to Connor. They’re not the happy, reunited family they’re pretending to be.
Connor overhears and turns on the waterworks, blaming Sharon, blaming monsters, blaming his parents, and begging Mommy not to leave: His mental health is at risk! (He doesn’t say it, but that’s what the sobbing is for.)
Chelsea caves. And goes to fill Nick (Joshua Morrow) in. Has Nick finally had enough? Meanwhile, Connor has a nightmare as Adam ignores a call from Victor.

Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Billy (Jason Thompson) discuss how busy she is and what a hard time they’ve had connecting lately. They have sex. Which is definitely one kind of connection.
Afterward, however, Victoria has to run back to work, and Billy pouts. For a little while. Then he reaches out to Amanda. Who wants to bet he’ll open with the old, “My wife — well, OK, she’s technically not my wife, but we have two kids together and we threw a party with vows and stuff — doesn’t understand me.”
