Phyllis wastes no time asking Nick (Joshua Morrow) what’s going on. He tries to deny Sharon is sick but the more he protests the more Red sees it is not good news.
A Tough Blow For All
In a bit of a twist, Phyllis will not gloat or take any pleasure in Sharon’s suffering. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. She leaves the coffee house in near tears and sick with worry. And, she doesn’t even know the worst of it yet. She knows Sharon is ill but she has no idea Sharon has cancer.

Phyllis will be a hot mess by the time she gets back to the hotel. This is a huge reality check for Red and puts things into perspective. It makes all her problems seem rather petty.
