The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal a big twist is in the JT saga. It turns out, this violent felon may not be such a bad guy after all.
A Horrifying Illness
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) spends her first hours of freedom by JT’s (Thad Luckinbill) bedside. She wants answers for his crimes but boy, she does not expect what’s about to come.
Nate (Brooks Darnell) reveals the startling truth about JT’s actions. He is a very sick man and suffered from a rare brain tumor for years and years. Chances are, he had no control over anything he was doing!
Spoilers show Victoria will be blindsided by the news. The man she loved for years probably never even meant to hurt her.
The tumor does not matter to Christine (Lauralee Bell), though. She is still planning on charging JT the moment he is well enough for a transfer.
Was It All The Tumor, Or…
Does this explain EVERYTHING? JT was once one of the sweetest guys in town so his downfall is more than a little shocking. However, it could be said, his mistreatment of women did start when he ripped Reed away from Victoria.
Oh sure, he claimed he did that for good reason, too. He was in love with Mac and wanted to start a life together. Of course, that great romance ended in destruction and tears, too.
It also does not explain why he disappeared on his son. Sure, he wanted to revenge, but to ignore his oldest child was a choice.
JT may still need to take a long, hard look in the mirror and see the destruction he caused — with and before the tutor.
