The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, July 13, 2020 kick off a week focused on the Fisher-Baldwin family with a Thanksgiving 2003 classic rerun. Michael has to once again protect Kevin from himself, while Lily has to once again beg her parents for forgiveness, and Victor prepares to make Nick do the same to him.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights
Michael (Christian J. LeBlanc) has a very dark past that involved stalking, attempted rape, and a long jail stint. Michael wasn’t around to help his brother Kevin (Greg Rikaart). Kevin went on to a rap sheet of his own, including statutory rape and attempted murder.
Michael eventually went straight. It took Kevin a while longer to do the same. And he periodically backslides: Remember kidnapping Phyllis during his hunt for Chloe as a way to get at Adam? Michael knows that Kevin periodically backslides, which is why, whenever he can, he tries to keep his baby brother from making a terrible mistake. This is one of those times.
I’m a Big Girl Now
Lily (Christel Khalil) was absolutely sure she was all grown up and didn’t need to listen to parents Neil (Kristoff St. John) and Dru (Victoria Rowell) anymore. She knew exactly what she was doing when she got involved with Kevin. And then he gave her a sexually transmitted disease. And tried to kill her best friend, Colleen. Since then, Lily has learned she might not always be right. And that she owes mom and dad an apology.Who’s the Boss
Victor’s (Eric Braeden) children have moments of independent thought, as well. They’re usually brief. They know better. Nonetheless, Victor finds them deeply upsetting. He’s just caught Nick thinking for himself again. And he’ll be expecting that apology shortly.
But what if Nick doesn’t think he’s made a mistake? Is Victor ready for the possibility? The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
