The Young and the Restless Spoilers
The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, October 25, 2019, reveal the official end of Lane on the number-one-rated soap. The once-hot couple shares final scenes in a Genoa City-style farewell. Get your snacks ready and join us in watching the end of an era.
Their scenes together are poignant and sweet, and according to Daniel Goddard, they are the last the two will ever share together, as he is leaving the soap and Khalil apparently taped a brief one-episode appearance.
Lily’s (Christel Khalil) home to be with Devon (Bryton James) while he sorts through his messy money situation. She’s there to lend a listening ear as Devon decides his next move. Does he keep his cash? Should he hand over the keys to his business? What about all those charity donations? Oh, what a tangled web!
Of course, being in town also means seeing Cane (Daniel Goddard), especially since he is the source of all this trouble. An ex is an ex for a reason but she still has trouble keeping him at arm’s length. They were once the most romantic couple in town and they’ve come to this — being on opposite sides of a family war.
There are other surprises in store for Lily, and Amanda (Mishael Morgan) is one of them. Seeing the face of the woman she killed (accidentally, but still) rocks Lily’s entire world. Her glass and her jaw drop to the floor. She was warned about the lookalike but seeing Hilary’s doppelgänger in the flesh is jarring.
Of course, nothing is as startling as Devon’s announcement. He will keep HW, his charities will keep their money, but Cane gets the rest. Talk about a shocker! Cane’s soon to be the next billionaire on the block and Lily’s a bit impressed. Well, more concerned about him stealing her brother’s fortune, but it is what it is.

She agrees to accompany Cane to lunch but finds that’s a mistake. Her ex doesn’t want to catch up, he wants to go backward. He begs her to stay in town, asks her to start again, and tries to convince her to give their love another try.
Much to Cane’s dismay, another go isn’t possible. When Lily said she has a new life, she meant it. She has a new job, a fresh outlook, and apparently, a new man. She’s closing the door on her time in Genoa City and her past with Cane forever.
