The Young and the Restless spoilers for March 15-19, 2021, tease a harsh truth being revelated, an escalating health crisis, and so much more.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlight

Amanda (Mishael Morgan) pays Devon (Bryton James) a surprise visit, narrowly avoiding Elena (Brytni Sarpy), who’s spent yet another night making love with her ex. Amanda questions the state of Devon’s couch, which she can immediately tell has been slept on – but he has a reassuring explanation.

Less reassuring, however, is his explanation for how Elena’s bracelet wound up amongst the clutter on the furniture piece. A suspicious Amanda makes a beeline for Nate (Sean Dominic), and listens, mouth agape, at his confession to ending things with Elena.

Afterward, Amanda returns to Devon’s apartment and pushes for the truth…and he admits to both his most recent and past encounter with Elena. And then he claims that the sex has been nothing more than an attempt to find closure!

Rest and Recuperation

Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) begins to exhibit flu-like symptoms, and though he ignores Sharon’s (Sharon Chase) plea to see a doctor, he does agree to let Nate make a housecall. A short time later, Rey’s condition deteriorates to the point that Sharon insists on rushing him to a hospital.

Rey momentarily rises to his feet, then collapses into a heap on the floor, which prompts a terrified Sharon to phone for an ambulance. Will Rey survive the journey to the E.R.? And if so, will the attendees be able to properly diagnosis his ailment?

Odds and Ends

In other Genoa City news, Jack (Peter Bergman) plays hardball, and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) corners Sally (Courtney Hope). Seems like someone’s a little jealous that their ex is moving on with the latest model.

Meanwhile, Adam (Mark Grossman) receives condemnation from Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and empowerment from Victor (Eric Braeden). And unbeknownst to the cocky businessman, his lover is busy readying herself for revenge – with the help of her best gal-pal.

Finally, a fed-up Lily (Christel Khalil) confronts Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Billy (Jason Thompson) receives shocking news, and Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) past collides with his present.

Note: The Young and the Restless will be preempted on Friday, March 19, and Monday, March 22, due to CBS Sports coverage of NCAA Basketball. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
