The Young and the Restless spoilers breakdown for Wednesday, August 15 reveal a panicked Lily, a shocking play by Lauren, and Summer busting her mother!
Trouble For Femore’s
Michael (Christian LeBlanc) has his work cut out for him, both in the courtroom and out. First, there’s the whole Jabot/Fenmore’s mess, and then his battle to save Lily.
Lauren (Tracey Bregman) has decided it’s time to cut ties with Billy (Jason Thompson) and wants her hubby to find a way out of her contract. However, unless the new boutiques decrease her sales, it looks like she’s stuck (at least for now).
Gearing Up to Go Down
On the Lily (Christel Khalil) front, tensions are running high between lawyer and client. Lily knows she could go away for years and mentions Cane’s (Daniel Goddard) plans to go on the run.
Of course, Michael can’t guarantee the judge won’t make an example of her but urges her to face the courtroom anyway. Running is never the answer and could make things worse.
Forgiving Hearts
One bright spot in Lily’s day is a surprise visit from Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) that goes shockingly well. While Phyllis came with the intent of ripping into Lily, she had a change of heart hearing the other side.
Not only has Lily plead guilty but the law can’t punish her any more than she’s already punishing herself. She made a massive mistake and will regret Hilary’s death for the rest of her life.

Unfortunately, Phyllis has a few surprises of her own coming her way. When she gets the news of Lauren’s search for a new partner, she has to decide where her loyalties lay. Will she side with her boss and bestie or spill all to Billy?
Well, her mind may be made up for her when she shares the troubles with Summer, who flips her lid thinking her mom is stabbing Billy (Jason Thompson) in the back and vows revenge. Then, she drops a bomb that’ll rock Phyllis’s whole world!
A Bump In The Road
Meanwhile, Sharon (Sharon Case) and Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) wedding plans could be derailed.
The couple plan an afternoon of taste testing for their wedding menu but the day is cut short by a call from the office. Sharon’s heartbroken when Nick heads off, and she realizes he’s becoming more and more like his father every day.
To make things worse, a run-in with Victor gives Sharon even more food for thought. Victor gives her a glimpse into her future, and Sharon’s not sure she’s ready for it.
