The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, October 16, tease the end to the Who Killer Heather mystery, as Chance turns up evidence the culprit deliberately hid.

Help Asked

Chance (Conner Floyd) is a very diligent detective. He questions people, he searches places, he examines evidence, he floats theories like Heather (Vail Bloom) went for a walk at dusk next to a river to meet a lover wrapped in a blanket from her house. Because, yeah, that’s something people do.

Chance talked to Sharon (Sharon Case), and walked away with a feeling of disquiet. But he’s not too thrilled with Daniel’s (Michael Graziadei) answers either. So Chance asked to take a look around the home Daniel, Heather, and Lucy (Lily Brooks O’Briant — who has a new song) shared. What he finds there makes Chance think Daniel may have done the deed. Considering Sharon doesn’t technically remember doing it…maybe Chance is onto something?

Help Wanted

Victor (Eric Braeden) is the smartest man in the world; he can do anything he likes, and he never fails. But, when it comes to Jack (Peter Bergman), Victor’s lifelong enemy, just refuses to roll over, play dead, and admit that fact.

Jack keeps fighting back, which Victor finds personally offensive. And now Jack is drawing Audra (Zuleyka Silver) into their battle? Unfair! Jack is a cheater!

Help Needed

It’s not that Victor needs help to bring Jack down. Suggesting as much is also personally offensive. But he is just so busy these days, with lying to Lily (Christel Khalil) and manipulating Kyle (Michael Mealor), that Victor is looking to outsource some of his very successful work.

This means going to Adam (Mark Grossman) and ordering his younger son to run some errands, which includes crushing Billy (Jason Thompson), which is a much easier task than bringing down Jack. Which is why Victor can trust Adam to do it.
