The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, November 18, confirm what viewers have suspected all along: Diane and Jack only faked their breakup to fool Victor. Silly Abbots, don’t they know no one is allowed to fool Victor?

The Son Also Falls

Kyle (Michael Mealor) has many reasons to be furious with Diane (Susan Walters). He has many fewer reasons to be furious with Jack (Peter Bergman). And, even if he did, he’s already gotten his revenge multiple times.

Kyle broke Jack’s heart every time Kyle teamed up with Victor (Eric Braeden). But his father forgave him. Every time. But Kyle never learns.

Diane and Jack decided it was time for Kyle to learn. Especially after he flat-out committed a crime. Stealing corporate secrets isn’t like throwing a temper tantrum and yelling, “You’re a bad Mommy and Daddy. I hate you!” It’s the kind of thing you can get arrested for. Diane and Jack want to teach their son a lesson. However, since Kyle is incapable of listening, they have to go through Victor. Except Victor doesn’t care about anyone but Victor. So he’ll punish all the Abbotts if it keeps him from looking like he was played for a fool.

What Have I Done, Sweet Jesus, What Have I Done?

Sharon (Sharon Case) keeps passing out at critical moments. She really should stop doing that. First, she passed out and doesn’t remember if she killed Heather (Vail Bloom). Then, she passed out and isn’t sure if she hit Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) with her car.

Sharon is so at loose ends that she finally told Nick (Joshua Morrow), if not all, then at least some of what she’s been going through. Now Nick has to decide what he’ll do with that information.

In the meantime, Daniel (Michael Graziadei) and Summer (Allison Lanier) pray over the injured mother. Phyllis must be loving this so much. “There! I am finally hurt! Now they’ll be sorry! They’ll never doubt me again!”
