The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, May 7, prove how four Ashleys are better than one when all her personalities go to war…over stakes we’re still not sure about.
Something caused Ashley (Eileen Davidson) to crack. We still don’t know what. We’re terrified to think that it was Tucker (Trevor St. John) yelling at her that caused a mental break.
Now, she’s not merely Ashley Abbott, chemist and businesswoman. She’s also a bubbly and whiny teen, Ash. And controlling and dominant, Ms. Abbott. And Southern and boozy, Belle. All of them think they know what’s best for the woman at the center. But if one of them wins, what happens to the character we’ve watched for almost fifty years?
Whenever Adam (Mark Grossman) suggested that maybe they should swallow what one set of doctors wholeheartedly said about Connor’s (Judah Mackey, who shared this PSA) condition, that maybe they should get a second opinion and not rush to send him away to the facility they couldn’t even visit, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) would accuse him of making this situation all about himself.
Did he not understand how hard this was for HER? That Adam was making everything so much worse? For HER? She finally beat Adam into submission. And now they get to find out how Connor’s treatment has worked out.
All the Newmans Victor (Eric Braeden) has been gaslighting for decades believed his lie about Jordan’s (Colleen Zenk) death the same way they believe everything Victor bellows at them. But Cole (J. Eddie Peck) doesn’t fit into that category. He’s been away so long that he’s forgotten that Victor is always right. So he needs his own, very special lie. Victor is cool with that.
