Just when Genoa City citizens think they’ve seen the last of Crazy Patty, she’s back and she appears to be even more unhinged! Expect more drama when Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) returns on Friday!
Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) is in for the shock of his life when he goes to the office and discovers the sister he thought was dead is very much alive. Patty is back, and Paul is stunned beyond words.
The last time we saw Patty was shortly after the Newman Tower fire. As luck would have it, she escaped with Ian Ward (Ray Wise) and hid out not wanting to go back to Fairview. The situation worked out in her favor when her family and friends thought she died, which allowed Patty time to make her return.
Ian suggested Patty run away to Europe shortly before the police captured him, and fans were left wondering about her whereabouts since then. At least now we have the answer — Patty stayed pretty close to home.
How will Patty’s return play into the current storylines? The raven haired troublemaker could be the key to finding out that Sully doesn’t belong to Sharon at all. When they were in Fairview together, Patty was convinced that Sharon was never pregnant. Patty could very well be the person who helps expose Dr. Anderson (Elizabeth Bogush) and her devious plot to ruin Sharon and Sage’s lives.
It’s a certainty, her return spells trouble for many in Genoa City. Despite her lunacy, Patty always tries to do the right thing, and has a really hard time keeping secrets.
