The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, December 18, 2023, is a red-letter day for the Abbott family, as Billy decides to take his many talents elsewhere.
Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights
Jill (Jess Walton) offered Billy (Jason Thompson) the chance to work for the company her dead husband’s ex-wife inherited from her first husband. See? They were still family! Billy said no. He wants to work for his father’s company alongside his brother Jack (Peter Bergman), sister Ashley (Eileen Davidson), and nephew Kyle (Michael Mealor). It’s his birthright and his legacy to his own two kids, Johnny (Paxton Mishkind) and the never-seen Katie.

But then Billy had a change of heart. He doesn’t want to fight for his place at Jabot. He wants everything just handed to him. And since the Abbott clan isn’t willing to do it, then he’ll take handouts from his mother. Or from anyone, really. Just as long as it doesn’t involve actual, you know, effort.
Though Shalt Not Pass
Victor’s (Eric Braeden) family has been breeched and violated. None of it was his fault, you understand. Even though he was the target of Jordan’s (Colleen Zenk) insane revenge plot, due in part to how awfully Victor treated Jordan’s sister, Eve (Margaret Mason), Victor is completely innocent of contributing to Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victoria’s (Amelia Heinle) suffering.
However, he will never allow anything like that to happen again. So he is keeping his eye on…everything. Victor has everything under control. You got that?
Daughters of the Dust
One thing Victor cannot control, however, is whether or not Claire (Hayley Erin) is Victoria and Cole’s (J. Eddie Howard) presumed-dead child, Eve. They’re getting a DNA test done, and they’re expecting the answer today. The results will affect not just Victoria’s future, but Victor’s, too. He has pronounced that Claire could not possibly be his grandchild. So what happens if he’s proven wrong?
