Matt is really trying to turn over a new leaf. But sometimes he can’t help but inadvertently cause trouble. Maybe it’s because of who he is. Some of the people in Genoa City know exactly what he is capable of. Others don’t know what to make of his sudden 180 with his personality, his philosophy, and his attempt at redemption.
Whatever it is, Noah (Lucas Adams) isn’t buying it. And he also knows that Matt has all his memories. So when he sees his nemesis talking to the woman he loves, it looks like his jealousy is triggered.
The teasers suggest that Lily (Christel Khalil) and Nate (Sean Dominic, a 2026 Daytime Nominee for Supporting Actor) worry about Devon on Friday. Apparently, she’ll also get the chance to share a drink with Cane (Billy Flynn) at the GCAC. Devon (Bryton James) is someone they could talk about over wine and spirits.
But what they should really start wondering or worrying about is Victor (Eric Braeden, a 2026 Daytime Nominee for Lead Actor). He’s obsessed with getting “justice,” and Cane is at the top of his list.
Finally, Sharon (Sharon Case) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) talk at Crimson on the same day that Victor and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) apparently agree to a fresh start. Nick has been struggling with his addiction. He has also learned that his dad put Victoria (Amelia Heinle) solely in charge of Newman as the company continues to recover.
He says it’s only for the next few months while Nick focuses on his recovery. Nick wasn’t happy about it, and so he may vent to Sharon about it.
