Who’s coming and who’s going from the casts of The Bold and the Beautiful (BB), Days of Our Lives (Days), General Hospital (GH) and The Young and the Restless (YR)?

The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful

A big crossover kicks off between The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful on Tuesday, January 12, when YR’s Hunter King, who plays Summer Newman, debuts on B&B. The character arrives in town to acquire information about Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).

Meanwhile, BB’s Darin Brooks and Katrina Bowden, who portray Wyatt Spencer and Flo Fulton, will follow Hunter King’s Summer back to Genoa City after her visit to Los Angeles. Word is there will be more crossing over in the weeks ahead, as the storyline continues to play out.

Also at YR, Judith Chapman is heading back to the soap as Gloria Fisher, Michael (Christian LeBlanc) and Kevin’s (Greg Rikaart) mother. The actress shared the news on social media, along with a photo of herself at the show’s CBS studio with Tracey E. Bregman, who plays her daughter-in-law, Lauren. No return air date has been announced.

Dana Sparks, remembered as Grace Bennett and her twin sister, Faith, on Passions, has joined the Y&R cast as Dr. Lena Cavett. The specialist is working with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) as she rehabs from a stroke. The role is recurring.

Over at BB, Joe LoCicero returns as Thomas’ (Matthew Atkinson) longtime pal, Vinny Walker, on Thursday, January 14. He made his last appearance in September of 2020.

Days of Our Lives

On Days of Our Lives, Jaime Lyn Bauer is set to resurface as Laura Horton, Jennifer’s (Cady McClain) mother. The actress taped scenes back in December and is slated to air in February. Bauer made her last appearance on the soap in May of 2018.

Victoria Platt returns as Dr. Amanda Raynor on Thursday, January 14. The doctor, who was instrumental in the switch of Sarah (Lindsey Godfrey) and Kristen’s (Stacy Haiduk) babies, last aired in 2020. Angelo Tiffe wrapped up his two-day gig as Ava’s cousin (Tamara Braun), Angelo Vitali.
