Should Young and the Restless’ Sally Listen To Chloe About Adam?

On The Young and the Restless, Chloe Mitchell Fisher took a break from brainstorming with Sally Spectra about promotion swag to warn her new colleague against flirting with Adam Newman. You see, Adam’s ex, Chelsea Lawson would eventually return to Genoa City. And she will not be happy if Adam were in a relationship with someone else.

The Young and the Restless Helpful Advice

Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) made it sound like she was just looking out for Sally (Courtney Hope). But she also kinda, sorta suggested that Sally could lose her job over this. After all, Chloe is only working for Adam (Mark Grossman) so that she and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will eventually run the site together. (Does Human Resources know about this?) Should Sally listen to Chloe’s advice? What the fans think:

Chloe is just looking out for Sally, 46% of you insist. Chloe knows Chelsea better than anyone, and she knows Chelsea will lose it if she thinks the father of her son dared look at another woman – much less introduced Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) to her. Chelsea will go after Sally. And Sally does not want that.

On the other hand, 40% of the audience is urging Sally to ignore Chloe’s advice. If she wants Adam, she should go after him. Not only can Sally hold her own against Chelsea, but Chelsea has no rights here. She and Adam are broken up. She doesn’t get a vote on what he does next.

Ask Permission

A cautious 14% suggest Sally pursue Adam… but only after asking Chelsea’s permission first. Maybe if she convinces Chelsea that she’s not a threat, the whole changing of the guard could go more smoothly. Heck, Chelsea might even offer Sally Adam handling tips. Or let her know about some of his past homicides…
