Remember when Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) tried to warn Devon about not signing away his rights before he knew for sure how he’d feel about his being raised by Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Chance (Conner Floyd)? A whopping 80% of the fans remember. Just like you remember Devon signing a contract. Which you now expect him to stick to. He promised to be hands-off…get your hands off that baby. Especially now that his dad is home and ready to step up.

None of this would have happened, 17% advise if Abby hadn’t dumped Dominic on Devon while she went searching for Chance all around the globe. It’s not like she didn’t have other options. She could have left the baby with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson). Or the entire Newman clan. Or, you know, the paid nanny. The point is, Abby made this mess, now she has to live with the consequences.
And Stay Out
Finally, 3% of the audience is so incensed that they believe the mere act of Devon asking Abby for joint custody of Dominic is an adequate reason to get him banned from the household – forever. Which might be a bit harsh, but, hey, that’s what the guy deserves for having feelings.
