The Young and the Restless recap for Wednesday, October 25, 2023, brings Kyle telling Audra what he plans to do about her invitation to join her and Tucker’s scheme.
Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
Also in this episode, Ashley showed up, promising to try not to hate Diane and upsetting Jack and Billy with her plan to bring down Tucker. Nick and Nikki begged Victor to tell Victoria the truth about his so-called mental decline. Finally, Christine told Danny her marriage to Paul was over. Now let’s dig deeper into what happened.
Young and the Restless: Scheme
In her suite, Kyle (Michael Mealor) pumped Audra (Zuleyka Silver) for more details on her and Tucker’s plan to take down Jabot. Audra said it was Tucker’s plan and that he only wanted to get back at Ashley. As they talked, Kyle admitted he didn’t understand why she trusted Tucker.
Audra told Kyle she used Tucker, but he picked up on the fact that she and Tucker were still close. He wanted to know if Audra and Tucker ever had a sexual relationship. “Would it bother you if I said, ‘yes?'” she asked. He didn’t think it made sense, but Audra said for her, Tucker was just a means to an end.

Audra asked Kyle if he was in or out, and he kissed her, saying he was totally in on the plan. He wanted to take control of his future, and helping Tucker get control of Jabot would do that (supposedly).
Downstairs, Tucker (Trevor St. John) goaded Jack (Peter Bergman) about not being home with his new bride. Instead, Jack handed over the listening device, giving Tucker back his gift. Jack advised Tucker to back off and warned him that Billy wanted to release the dirt on him.
At the Abbotts, Diane (Susan Walters) walked downstairs and was surprised to find Ashley (Eileen Davidson) there. Ashley promised to try not to hate Diane. As they talked, Diane expressed her sympathies about the demise of Ashley’s marriage, and Ashley wanted to know what Tucker had been up to.
Jack got a text from Ashley asking to meet, so he left Tucker at the GCAC. He and Billy (Jason Thompson) went home and welcomed Ashley home. Ashley didn’t love it that Billy seemed to say, “I told you so.” Ultimately, they got down to the reason Ashley had returned, and she told her brothers she hoped to use Tucker’s desire to fix things to their advantage, but Jack didn’t like the idea. Ashley pointed out that she didn’t need his permission, though.
Kyle returned and greeted his Aunt Ashley. He told her, Diane, and Jack he’d been with Audra. Jack questioned Kyle’s dating Audra, but Kyle pushed back. Ashley asked her nephew if he’d considered that Audra might be using him.
Tucker knocked on Audra’s door, and she let him in. He wanted an update on her conquest, but Audra tried to brush him off, telling him Kyle was on board. Tucker wanted to find out if they could trust Kyle.
Young and the Restless Recap: Busted
At the ranch, Nick (Joshua Morrow) showed his dad the doodle, which was from a story, The Serpent of Names, that Victor (Eric Braeden) used to read to him. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) urged Victor to tell Nick the truth. Nick realized the whole thing was an act on Victor’s part, and he demanded to know why he worried them so much.
“Because I had to find out who could be trusted,” Victor said.
Nick wasn’t pleased, and he suggested that Adam was obviously the one who couldn’t be trusted. He and Nikki both urged Victor to come clean with Victoria. Nick wasn’t happy that Victor used him and wanted him to be his ally. He wasn’t happy that Victor didn’t trust Victoria, and Nikki backed him up.
Victor insisted that Adam wasn’t the only threat. Nate was also a threat, and he couldn’t trust Victoria not to tell Nate. Nick urged his father to tell his sister.
Y&R Recap: Heartbreak
On the Crimson Lights patio, Danny (Michael Damian) urged Christine (Lauralee Bell) to talk to him, but she wanted to talk about him instead. She noted she’d seen Phyllis, and Danny said he felt Phyllis was sincere about wanting to change, but Christine didn’t buy it.
Christine ultimately opened up to Danny about visiting Paul in Lisbon. However, it didn’t end up going the way she’d hoped, and they decided to divorce. Christine tearfully talked about how it all went wrong during her traveling with Paul.
Danny told her how sorry he was and made sure she was positive things were over. Christine confirmed that her marriage to Paul was over, and she even felt somewhat peaceful about it.
