The Young and the Restless recap for Thursday, November 30, 2023, brings Ashley suggesting that Devon forgive Tucker.
Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
Also in this episode, Summer almost overheard Kyle and Diane discussing his double double-cross with Tucker. Tucker planted a seed in Billy’s mind, and Billy told Jack that Kyle was Tucker’s inside man. Now let’s dig deeper into what went down.
Achilles’ Heel
Ashley (Eileen Davidson) met Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Devon (Bryton James) for breakfast at Society. She was happy to have the two of them to herself. She revealed that she and Diane were making peace, something she never thought would happen. Plus, she was glad to be back on good terms with Jack.
Abby and Devon told Ashley that Traci had taken Dom to the park that morning. They all agreed Traci was great with kids.

Abby couldn’t take it anymore and asked what was up with her mom and Tucker. Did Ashley want information on Tucker? Devon filled Ashley in on what happened between him and his dad, and he admitted he couldn’t risk Tucker getting close to Dom at this point. Ashley said Tucker was so different when they were planning their lives together, and she truly thought they were in love.
Abby asked if that meant Ashley forgave Tucker for everything. At that, Ashley flashed back to her argument with Tucker in Paris with all the yelling. Devon said that his father was a narcissist. Ashley agreed, but she felt she probably could have handled Tucker better in Paris. She regretted how the whole thing ended. Abby told Ashley that she should look at Tucker as a rage-filled man who masqueraded as the love of her life.
Ashley suggested that Devon was Tucker’s Achilles’ heel and that all he wanted was Devon’s forgiveness and love. However, Devon didn’t believe anybody could manipulate Tucker, so Ashley said he should be sincere in his forgiveness. She believed Devon was the only person to bring any emotion that might be left out of Tucker.
Scheming And Dreaming
Diane (Susan Walters) straightened Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) tie for his first day as Jabot’s new COO. She was so happy Kyle accepted Jack’s (Peter Bergman) job offer. Later, the building supervisor said there was an electrical issue, and they needed to work from home.
Jack left to meet Billy (Jason Thompson), and Diane asked if her son had made progress with Tucker (refresh your memory on their plan here). Kyle seemed to think he had Tucker in his pocket. Diane called Tucker a snake and urged Kyle to be careful. Summer (Allison Lanier) wandered in, almost overhearing Diane and Kyle talking about his plan. She was surprised to hear it was Kyle’s first day as COO back at Jabot.
Things between Summer and Kyle had been awkward since the divorce. Summer was glad they were all working together again. She talked about Marchetti, but Kyle wasn’t interested in sticking around talking shop. After he left, Diane wondered if Summer would try again with Kyle, but Summer said there was no sense in speaking about hypotheticals. After all, Kyle had made his choice.
Need to Know Basis
Tucker saw Billy at Crimson Lights. Billy mocked Tucker about not having a real job. Tucker was surprised Billy managed not to let his desire to crush him get the better of him.
Billy admitted he liked hanging the threat over Tucker’s head. It was working. Tucker shrugged. Maybe or maybe he had already sabotaged things at Jabot, and they hadn’t noticed. Billy wondered if Tucker had someone on the inside.
Later, Jack and Billy talked. Billy told his brother he thought maybe Kyle was working with Tucker and Audra (remember Billy called out Kyle’s entitlement recently). Jack didn’t want to hear it, and he got irritated at Billy’s line of discussion. In the end, Billy suggested that Ashley was the only one who could stop Tucker.
Kyle met Tucker in his Athletic Club room to update the older man on his first day of work at Jabot, which was interrupted due to a power outage. Tucker asked how Kyle planned to take advantage of his COO position. He told Kyle to sniff around Jabot and see what they were thinking. Kyle wanted the full plan, but Tucker told him he would only tell him what he needed to know.
