The Young and the Restless Recaps: Monday, December 12
Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) set about making amends, first to Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) then to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)… Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) questions whether Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) feels threatened by his closeness to Chelsea. She claims that she doesn’t, then opines that Billy derives a high from playing Chelsea’s rescuer. Billy is summoned away by Chelsea.
Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) assures Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) has left town… Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) pointedly “congratulates” Nikki and Ashley for driving Diane away from her son and grandson.
Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier) gives Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) a tour of Jabot. He makes note of the excess security… Jack and Summer touch base a resolve to keep Diane’s location — the Abbott cabin — a closely guarded secret… Summer takes Phyllis to task reaching out to Jeremy Stark (James Hyde); Phyllis denies the charge… Jeremy corners Phyllis and suggests the two of them get to know one another better elsewhere.
Young and the Restless Recaps: Tuesday, December 13
Lily confides in Daniel her estrangement from Billy… Chelsea apologizes to Billy for drugging and raping him in Myanmar… While Abby Newman-Abbott Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) waited for Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) at his penthouse, Dominic in hand, Devon excoriates Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) for prying into his and Amanda Sinclair’s (Mishael Morgan) personal affairs.
Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) told Sharon that he’d moved out of the Chancellor manse, and she once again extended an offer to play sounding board. The two marvel over Johnny Abbott’s (Paxton Mishkind) and Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) resilience and reaffirmed friendship…
Y&R Recaps: Wednesday, December 14
Lily relays her woes to Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland). Traci suggests that Lily and Billy try couples counseling… Billy and Daniel engage in a contentious conversation… Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) treats Ashley to a picnic in the park; he gauges her interest in setting up an empire of her very own — with his assistance, of course.

A pressurized Phyllis admits to Jeremy that she tipped him off to Diane’s location and her deal with the Feds but swears that she has no proof of the latter — she’d only wanted Jeremy to scare Diane out of town, which he accomplished. Later, Phyllis comes clean to Jack and Summer. Jack leaves it up to Summer whether or not Phyllis should be relieved of her duties as head of Marchetti Home.

Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) updates Adam (Mark Grossman): she and Nicholas Newman (Joshua Morrow) are officially an item… Nikki warns Nicholas against throwing his all behind Sally… Summer fires Phyllis… Sally previews her new interior design business which she hopes will soon rival Marchetti Home; Phyllis blanches… Sharon encourages Chelsea to take baby steps when it comes to reentering the world after her suicide attempt… Chelsea makes amends with Victoria… Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) confesses to Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) kissed him. Allie questions whether or not Noah kissed his ex back and whether or not she has anything to worry about.
Young and the Restless Recaps: Friday, December 16
Lily and Devon officially welcome Daniel to the Chancellor-Winters family. Daniel hires Phyllis to be his second in command… Billy and Chelsea enjoy a movie night replete with popcorn and soda before Adam darkens the latter’s door… Billy agrees to see a couples counselor… Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) returned from settling Diane. He joins his family — save for an uninterested Ashley — in trimming the Christmas tree. Kyle insisted on visiting Diane for the holiday.
