The Young and the Restless recap for Thursday, December 24, 2020, celebrates the holiday with Amanda lurking outside her biological mother’s door. Billy and Lily telling – not showing – that they are now a couple, and Kyle and Summer proving that all the money in the world can’t buy a pair of spoiled brats good manners.
The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
Amanda (Mishael Morgan) and Devon (Bryton James) park outside her biological mother’s door. Amanda calls, but there’s no answer. She decides to get out and knock on the door. Devon is happy to support her. Just as she does so, however, Amanda sees Naya’s daughter beat Amanda to the punch. Another sister?
Going Public
We see Billy (Jason Thompson) and Lily (Christel Khalil) before they presumably have sex. We see them after they’ve presumably had sex. They exchange gifts, and then they presumably have sex again. They then go to Society, where they run into Victoria (Amelia Heinle). If Billy isn’t with Katie and Johnny for Christmas, and Victoria isn’t with Katie and Johnny for Christmas, then who is with Katie and Johnny for Christmas? Ah, they’re with Victor (Eric Braeden), of course!
Abbott Abode
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) drops by to wish Jack (Peter Bergman) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) a Merry Christmas. Then Sally (Courtney Hope) stops by – at Jack’s invitation. Nikki and Ashley are curious about this new friend of his but are polite about it. Summer (Hunter King) and Kyle (Michael Mealor) show up, and they’re… not.
First, Summer glares daggers at Sally, then she and Kyle launch into a discussion of just how wonderfully matched and in love they are and how they’ve known each other forever. And a cheap, trashy interloper like Sally could never hope to measure up. That part is strongly implied. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
