The Young and the Restless recap for Tuesday, February 11, sees Harrison trying to get his parents back together while Claire asks Victoria how to deal with Victor’s meddling. Plus, Jack isn’t ready to discuss redecorating with Diane, and Damian doesn’t react well to the news that Amy is dying and Nate is his half-brother.
What Happened on The Young and the Restless?
Jack (Peter Bergman) and Diane (Susan Walters) greeted Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Claire (Hayley Erin) at Society. They talked about Ian (Ray Wise) shooting Victor (Eric Braeden). Jack admitted he had imagined a world without Victor, which led to a debate—Victoria defended her father, while Diane reminded them how Victor once turned Kyle (Michael Mealor) against them.
Jack predicted Victor would eventually manipulate Claire, but she insisted he wouldn’t. She revealed Jordan (Colleen Zenk) had controlled her in similar ways. Jack warned that Victor disliked Kyle and might take action.
Claire asked Victoria about her grandpa, and Victoria recounted how Victor had her arrested on her wedding day to Billy (now Jason Thompson). Claire was shocked this hadn’t surfaced in her research. Victoria reassured her that Victor wouldn’t interfere in her life. Claire was disappointed that Kyle had canceled their dinner to be with Summer (Allison Lanier) and Harrison (Redding Munsell). Victoria compared it to how she and Billy put their kids first, but it didn’t mean they were getting back together.
At their own table, Jack and Diane continued discussing Victor until Jack lost his appetite. Diane shifted the conversation to decorating their home, but Jack wanted another drink before figuring all that out.

Meddling
At the ranch, Nick (Joshua Morrow) confronted Victor about meddling in Summer’s love life. Victor justified it by comparing Kyle and Summer’s situation to Adam (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea’s (Melissa Claire Egan)—both involved children from broken families. He admitted he wanted Claire to stay away from Kyle, calling him an “Abbott through and through.” Nick said that Claire should make her own decisions, but Victor saw her as innocent and didn’t want her to waste time on Kyle.
Victoria showed up at the ranch, and she told Victor to stop interfering with Claire’s life. Irritated and in pain, Victor dismissed Victoria, insisting he had business to attend to. After he left, Victoria told Nick how frustrated she was. While she remained worried about Victor’s health, she was also very angry with him.

Family Ties
Meanwhile, Summer showed up at the Abbott mansion, where Harrison gave her a big hug. He said he hoped Kyle and Summer would hug again like they did on Halloween. Kyle and Summer reminded him they were a family even though they weren’t married anymore. They worked on Harrison’s diorama and joked about his grandfather’s large head.
When Harrison asked for a dog, they gently dismissed the idea. He asked for a picture for Claire, and Summer got emotional. When Claire called, Kyle put her on speaker, and she admired the diorama. However, she and Summer both seemed uncomfortable about the situation.
Rejection
Amy (Valarie Pettiford) and Nate (Sean Dominic) met Damian (Jermaine Rivers), and he was cold toward his mother. He accused Nate of deceiving him and reminded his mother that he had cut ties long ago. Amy told Damian she had leukemia and only months to live. Damian didn’t believe her initially and got emotional when he realized she was serious. He tried to leave, but Nate stopped him, telling him to listen.
Amy then dropped another bombshell—Jackson wasn’t his biological father. His real father had been Nathan Hastings, making Nate his half-brother. Damian thought it was a scam, but Nate assured him they had done a DNA test. Damian insisted he had a good life and didn’t need them. Nate and Amy confronted him about his sudden financial success with Monte Cristo Investments, but Damian refused to discuss it. As he left, Amy broke down, and Nate promised he would reach Damian.
