Lily shouldn’t have to manage her brother and cousin like they’re toddlers, but this is what Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) have driven her to. Which means all is fair in love and war, 52% are forced to admit. If Elena could have given her some insight to help bring peace to the office, Lily had every right to give it a shot.
Lead By Young and the Restless Example
Lily is Chief Executive Officer of Chancellor-Winters. This was a professional problem, not a personal one. You don’t deal with a professional problem by talking to one of your employee’s girlfriends, 36% are pretty sure, even if we’ve never been CEOs. Lily needed to handle this professionally. Make them talk to Human Resources. Their personal lives are off the table.

Who Knows Y&R
We’re not really sure how this company works, 12% of you admit. Who answers to whom? Are Devon and Nate equal? Does one report to the other? Is Lily in charge of music and…well, it used to be Chancellor Industries, so they must have some factories or something. And she just bought a hotel. So they’re in the music, manufacturing, and hotel business? And what does Billy do? Until we have answers to that, we have no idea if Lily did or didn’t do the right thing. Besides, no one will know the truth until we see what happens as a result, right?
