Everyone in Los Angeles knows that Sheila Carter is back on The Bold and the Beautiful, so why doesn’t Lauren Fenmore Baldwin, whose life, in particular, Sheila made miserable during her The Young and the Restless days? You’d think as Sheila’s victim, Lauren would be first on the list to be notified. Is this a major oversight – or a clever plot point?
The Young and the Restless Polling: Separate Lives
Back in the 1986, the primetime soap opera Dallas erased an entire season by saying it was all a dream, and Bobby Ewing wasn’t dead, after all. Unfortunately, sister soap, Knots Landing on which Gary Ewing mourned his ‘late’ brother, did not erase a season. So, in Seaview Circle, Bobby remained dead. And we could be looking at the same situation here, 9% of you suggest. Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) is alive in Los Angeles…and still dead in Genoa City?
Y&R: News Break
Does Genoa City not have a 24-hour news cycle, like the rest of us, 43% of voters are wondering. Sheila’s umpteenth return from the dead is getting coverage. Surely, the news would have made it to Genoa City? Heck, we’re surprised some enterprising reporter hasn’t taken a trip to interview Sheila’s first victim — Lauren (Tracey Bregman). Somehow, she should have been informed!
The Young and the Restless: Just You Wait
Lauren will find out soon enough, 48% of fans are predicting. Sheila never forgets a slight, and she still holds grudges towards Lauren that go back decades. She will inevitably come after her again. You know, as soon as she deals with her little B&B kerfuffle. And then Lauren will not only know that Sheila is still alive, but she’ll also know that her arch-nemesis hasn’t forgotten her. Is there another battle to the death looming? We sure hope so! Even if we know the “death” part isn’t destined to last long. But that means even more in the future…
