On The Young and the Restless, Chelsea Lawson has a son with Billy Abbott and was once engaged to Nicholas Newman. But the true obsession — er, love — of her life is obviously Adam Newman. Sure, she tried to frame him for murder and swore he was a grave danger to her and their son. But that was last year.
Now, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) wants Adam (Mark Grossman) again. Except, he doesn’t want her. (That frame him for murder thing…) So what should Chelsea do next? Here’s what over 2,000 suggest:
Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) looks bored in his marriage to Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case), 36% of fans point out the obvious. So it shouldn’t be too hard for Chelsea to get her hands on him. She won’t need to drug him like she did Billy — that’s where Johnny Abbott came from. Just paying Rey some — any — attention, ought to get the job done.
Chelsea always goes back to Adam, 30% of you remind. More importantly, Adam always goes back to Chelsea — when Sharon isn’t available. Who cares that he looks happier with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) now than he has since…ever? Keeping precious Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) from throwing a tantrum always trumps all.
At one point, Chelsea and Nick (Joshua Morrow) were going to be a family and raise their sons together. And he’s still a Newman! If Chelsea can’t have Adam, won’t his older — and richer — brother make a perfectly good substitute, 22% wonders.
Forget Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) sons, 12% urge. His grandson is now of legal age and probably even easier to manipulate than his father and uncle. Chelsea hooking up with Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) would upset Victor. It would upset Nick. And, most importantly, it might upset Adam.
