It’s back to school time for many students, and The Young and the Restless star Melissa Ordway used the occasion to do a fun craft project with her daughters, Olivia Christine Gaston, 6, and Sophie Jolie Gaston, 4.
The Abby Chancellor actress took to Instagram to share a cute video of her daughters creating personalized bags and school supplies. The clip, which was set to the Jackson 5 song ABC, featured the grade schoolers using iron-on letters and decals.
“A fun little afternoon craft project. 😊,” Ordway captioned her post, which you can see below.
“I bought the [Stoney Clover Lane] backpacks this year for the girls and then saw all of these dupes. Don’t get me wrong… I love the backpacks we designed, and I’m so excited for them to wear them to school. But I wanted to try the trend. We decided to make a pencil box and a gymnastics bag. Olivia designed the whole thing, and I ironed. All the materials are from @amazon, and it was so fun, inexpensive, and easy!!!#stoneyclover #stoneycloverlane #stoneycloverdupe #diy #crafts”
