The Young and the Restless alum Justin Hartley has been busy since his stint at playing Adam Newman on the CBS soap opera. Even though his hit show This Is Us recently ended on NBC, it sounds like the actor will keep busy with an exciting new project coming up.

Justin Hartley Announces New Netflix Film For The Holidays!

Hartley took to Instagram to give his followers some details about his new film that comes out just in time for the holiday season this year. The post, which you can see below, includes a photo of him in character driving a vehicle with a dog in the back seat.

“Excited to share with you all that my new film, THE NOEL DIARY, will be coming to Netflix this Thanksgiving Day – November 24th!” reads the actor’s caption. “Directed by Charles Shyer and co-starring @dontgo_jasonwaterfalls [Barrett Doss] — can’t wait for you all to see this special film.”

The Noel Diary, which is based on a novel of the same name by Richard Paul Evans, features Justin Hartley, who portrays a bestselling author named Jake Turner. Jake returns home at Christmas to settle his estranged mother’s estate. Once at home, he finds a diary that exposes some of the secrets of his past.
