It’s been months since fans saw Tucker McCall on The Young and the Restless. Actor Trevor St. John announced his exit from the soap on social media. However, it’s possible that he could make a brief return for a special reason.
Devon and Abby’s Wedding
Devon (Bryton James) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) are about to get married. There will be a few family members in attendance. Chene Lawson will reprise her role as Devon’s birth mom, Yolanda “Harmony” Hamilton, while Loren Lorett will return as his sister, Ana Hamilton.
Devon also needs his father on his special day. Tucker could surprise everyone by showing up in a fancy car instead of a helicopter and chauffeuring Abby and Devon to their wedding. It would be the perfect way to reconnect with his son.
It wouldn’t be entirely shocking to have Tucker attend. He could be part of Victor’s (Eric Braeden) secret plan to take down Billy (Jason Thompson). He’s not the only one on Victor’s revenge list. The patriarch also wants to publicly embarrass Jack (Peter Bergman) and Diane (Susan Walters).
Tucker doesn’t even need an invite. After all, anyone can just show up to the wedding. He would make the ultimate party crasher. Victor could use Tucker as his pawn to destroy his enemies. Any enemy of Victor’s is also an enemy of Tucker’s. Even though they hate each other, this is one thing they share in common.
Reconnect with Ashley?
There could be another reason for Tucker to attend Devon and Abby’s wedding. Ashley (Eileen Davidson) could be in attendance. This would be the first time that fans saw her since she struggled with dissociative identity disorder (DID).
McCall teased that he could return somehow. This would be the perfect time, and it would offer the closure that fans are looking for. They don’t need to get back together. They could just make amends.
