In 2003, Boaz resettled in the U.S. and pursued an acting career. That same year, he competed in, and won, a special “America’s Sexiest Man” contest that was held in conjunction with a special storyline on ABC’s All My Children. Among the prizes was a short term role on the soap.
Off his successful endeavor, Boaz appeared in several episodes of Guiding Light, and subsequently, he landed a lead role in the made for television movie Saving Jessica Lynch (2003).
Boaz’s other credits include recurring roles on Pink (2008-2009), Exposed (2010), and Dallas (2013-2014), as well as a starring role on the series Six (2017), and lead parts in films such as A Schizophrenic Love Story (2011) and The Iron Orchard. He also had roles in two popular biopics: Larry Birkhead in Anna Nicole (2013) and Bill Diggins in CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story (2013). He has been played Chance Chancellor since November 8, 2019.
In his spare time, Boaz enjoys playing beach volleyball and bowling and consuming copious amounts of cinema. He also works with the non-profits Suiting Warriors Foundation and Operation Finally Home.
