Chance Chancellor doesn’t have kids on The Young and the Restless, but we’re getting the idea that his portrayer, Donny Boaz, wouldn’t mind playing a dad on the show. In real-life Boaz is a doting uncle who recently raved about his niece Makenzie’s talent!
Donny Boaz Is A Family Man
“HOW GORGEOUS IS MY LITTLE ANGEL?!?!” Boaz posted on Instagram. “I love her sooooooo so so so much. I couldn’t be more of a proud uncle. I can’t take much credit for her awesomeness, but I am very proud to say, I was able to invest in her dance future.
“This last Christmas I gave my sister @lonilbd (she sure makes some pretty babies, Love you Sissy) ‘x’ amount of dollars to invest into the kiddos extracurricular activities,” the YR star adds. “My Lil Makenzie chose dance. I knew nothing about and had no appreciation for dance until I met @amyeliz1231 (Amy Reese Henry) who got me addicted to #soyouthinkyoucandance and went on to be a #dallascowboycheerleader and @jennyrian (Jenny Durbin Smith) the first person I met who made a living dancing and choreographing dance with the #cowboys and #mavericks.

Boaz saw his niece’s dance performance with new eyes, so to speak. The actor recently underwent LASIK surgery to correct his vision. “Free #advertisement for #keywhitmaneyecenter,” he posted on Instagram.
