It’s been quite a year back for Daniel Romalotti, who has a lot to celebrate as he’s gotten his life back on the right track. His portrayer, Michael Graziadei, also has reason to celebrate since he has a very special milestone worth noting.
Happy Birthday, Michael Graziadei
And that’s because he was born on September 22, 1979, in Germany, which means that this talented young actor is turning 44 years old today! Graziadei began appearing in theatrical productions in his native homeland at the age of 5, and once he and his family emigrated to the United States, he continued in his endeavors.
While attending the University of New Hampshire, Graziadei joined the casts of The Servant of Two Masters and History of the Devil. In 2004, he scored back-to-back roles. The first was a guest spot on Grounded for Life, and the second was a contract role on The Young and the Restless.
Graziadei remained at the soap for nine years — earning two back-to-back Daytime Emmy Award nominations for his portrayal of Daniel Romalotti — at which point he exited in order to pursue a career in primetime. He guest-starred in a number of programs, including NCIS, Criminal Minds, 90210, CSI, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Longmire, Scorpion, APB, Chicago P.D., and Magnum P.I.
He also landed supporting roles in series like American Horror Story: Murder House, The Secret Circle, Kingdom, Good Girls Revolt, and True Detective, and he had a starring role in the Lifetime series The Lottery.
Graziadei’s feature film credits include the 2007 horror picture Boogeyman 2, Into the Blue 2: The Reef, and The Outside, and he also appeared in two short films — Halfway to a Blackout and Transspecular. On the personal front, the actor welcomed twin boys last year.
Soap Hub would like to wish Michael Graziadei a very happy birthday and many more.
