Young and the Restless Stars Get Together For A Super Soap Workout

Your favorites from The Young and the Restless reunited for a “Super Soap Workout.” The ladies of Genoa City showed off their incredible stamina in the gym.

Elizabeth Hendrickson embodies “healthy living” on Instagram. So, it is no surprise that she spends most of her time at the gym. She took to her Instagram Stories to share a gym selfie with her Y&R co-stars Courtney Hope (Sally), Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea), and Christel Khalil (Lily). 

All four were barely recognizable with their fresh-faced, smiling faces. They ditched the makeup for their sweaty workout. Khalil, Hope, and Hendrickson matched in their black leggings and sports bras, which they wore with white trainers. Egan kept it cool and comfortable in a gray tank top paired with brown hiking shoes.  

“Super soap workout!” Hendrickson wrote in her Instagram Story. “Love getting the girls together for a good burn and seeing your cute faces. Let’s keep it going!” 

She added to her message, “We missed you, Kate Mansi,” who previously portrayed Abigail on Days of Our Lives and now is Kristina on General Hospital. She was supposed to join the Y&R ladies for the “Super Soap Workout” but couldn’t attend.

Hendrickson’s photos had some soap fans wondering what happened to Mansi. A closer look at her social media suggests she’s had a busy month already. On X, formerly Twitter, Mansi shared that she’s been celebrating her birthday. The actress got love from other powerful women in her life. 

“Thank you so much for all the birthday wishes!!! Love sharing my month w such powerhouse women @Ali_Sweeney, @lldub #tanishaharper [SIC],” Mansi posted.

She celebrated her special day with GH’s Laura Wright (Carley) and Tanisha Harper (Jordan), as well as DAYS’ Alison Sweeney (Sami).

The women of daytime TV often get into catfights with one another. But it’s a different story behind the scenes. They often empower and support one another. It’s nice to see this sense of girl power among these soap ladies.
