Michael Mealor’s alter ego, Kyle, fell in love with Claire on The Young and the Restless. In real life, the actor tied the knot with Sasha in March 2023. The couple celebrated their second Christmas as husband and wife in grand style. They went on a trip to London. Mealor brought Y&R fans with him.
Christmas in London
This is sure to give you some FOMO. London looks magical during the holiday season. Michael shared a content dump of his trip on Instagram. He seemed to fit in well with the city. The couple stood in front of beautiful, lit Christmas trees.
Other photos showed sights of the city. Sasha snapped a photo of her husband enjoying a drink. He was distracted by the view outside the window. In another photo, the couple went out for a holiday-themed dinner.
Michael enjoyed some of the decadent desserts. The Instagram post included a view of the Y&R star enjoying a drink while an interesting wig was behind him in a glass case. But it wasn’t all serious and luxurious. Michael and Sasha took a silly photo while getting beers at the local pub.
“London,” Michael simply captioned the post. Y&R fans flocked to the post to share their thoughts. Most of them wished they could be there. Others shared their thoughts about London during Christmastime.
“Beautiful couple! Great actor, Mike!” one fan wrote. “Merry Christmas!! beautiful memories, ❤️💚🎄” another user commented. “Thank you for sharing such great photos. I love London. Hope you got some London Theatre in. Happy and healthy New Year,” a third user noted.
There was also one unexpected suggestion in the comment section. A fan thinks Michael would be the perfect Hallmark leading man. The user wrote, “So glad that you are able to experience the world! I thin that you should be like [Y&R alum Hunter King] and explore the world of Hallmark!” Hunter recently got engaged. (Check out the moment she said “I will.”)
