Young and the Restless Star Michael Graziadei Gives a Peek Into His Down Time

Michael Graziadei’s beloved The Young and the Restless character, Daniel Romalotti, has had a bit of a roller coaster year with his ex Heather back in his life sending his relationship with Lily down the drain. He also had a court battle with Lily over the rights to his video game. Now, Sharon is out to get him and his family. Fortunately, things have worked out for him, and the actor shared a photo of him when he’s not enmeshed in Genoa City drama. 

Margaritaville the Place to Be

Graziadei shared a selfie on Instagram with the caption, “Hope everyone is enjoying their day 😘.” What makes this pic interesting is that he’s wearing striped overalls with a baseball hat that says, “I’d Rather Be Drinking at Margaritaville.” He’s also drinking a can of the cheap beer, Pabst Blue Ribbon – a favorite of Dennis Hopper’s character Frank Booth in the disturbing film, Blue Velvet.  

Co-star Conner Floyd (Chance) responded with, “It [would] be better if I was in Margaritaville.” We got the impression that Graziadei felt Floyd wasn’t getting it, because he responded, “[Conner Floyd] that’s what the hat says.” But it’s probably likely that Floyd was inspired by the hat’s statement (and the Jimmy Buffett song of the same name), and was just being funny. Hidden Tags Lurked

Y&R star Cait Fairbanks, who portrays Tessa Porter, excitedly replied, “Overalls!!” In response, Graziadei made the surprising admission, “[Cait Fairbanks] overalls for life!!!” While his overalls probably wouldn’t make any great fashion lists, it’s nice to see an actor who’s idol to many being simply who he wants to be.

Graziadei also had some interesting tags embedded in the pic that had us curious. Of course, they included a tag with the official Instagram page of PBR on the can. Other tags included NSFW merch maker, Meth Syndicate and the wholly inappropriate Cornbread Cowboi. His arm was covered in tattoos, and he tagged it with tattoo artist Francesco Ferrara’s page. Odds are, aside from the beer, everyone tagged is a friend of Graziadei, and he seems to be enjoying life after work!
