Mariah’s Desperate Plan to Save Sharon After Young and the Restless September 10

Sharon keeps insisting she’s fine on The Young and the Restless. Nick and Mariah are having a harder and harder time believing her. (Phyllis and Heather aren’t exactly on board either.) Nick knows she’s having nightmares about Cassie. Nick has no idea that Sharon is chatting with a dead and bloody Cameron. But they both know something must change to bring Sharon back to stability. Talking hasn’t worked. Trust hasn’t worked. This means that now it’s time for desperate measures. And the most desperate measure of all comes down to Mariah. She’s going to check Sharon’s meds, but what if that doesn’t work?

Been There, Done That

Years ago, when Cassie’s (Camryn Grimes) adoptive mother, Alice (Tamara Clatterbuck), was working for a sex trafficking ring holding Tessa’s (Cair Fairbanks) sister (remember when Tessa had a purpose…and a story…), Mariah (also Camryn Grimes) pretended to be her dead twin to get Alice to confess. It worked, too. So why not give it another shot?

Sharon’s downward spiral is connected to Cassie (Camryn Grimes). And it doesn’t help that her other daughter, Faith (Reylynn Caster), was just in a car accident…caused by Daniel’s (Michael Graziadei) daughter, Lucy (Lily Brooks O’Briant).

Memories of her lost little girl are driving Sharon to act irrationally and possibly even keeping her from taking her medication. Sharon needs treatment and help…but she’ll never get it if she doesn’t admit there’s a problem. Sharon won’t admit the truth to Nick (Joshua Morrow). She won’t admit it to Mariah or Faith. But what about Cassie?

What Lies Beneath

Nick convinced Mariah to search through Sharon’s things to check if she was taking her medication for bipolar disorder. What if Sharon catches Mariah in the act?
