A plethora of fan favorites have made their way back to Genoa City over the last several weeks. And now, there’s buzz that yet another star is set to be making a return — but is it to The Young And The Restless?
Jessica Collins, a Daytime Emmy-winner for her role as Avery Bailey Clark on YR, tweeted that she’s returning to a show she’s worked on in the past.
“All smiles today at work, reprising one of my favorite roles!” Collins posted on social media. “Love reuniting with this cast and crew and can’t wait to share the details with all of you. Stay tuned!”
Well, this sure reads like YR — especially since Collins had a great time working in Genoa City. But let’s take a look at the actress’ other series and see if they’re candidates!
According to Collins’ IMDB page, some of the shows she’s been on have been canceled including CSI: Miami, Nip/Tuck, and Two And A Half Men. Non-canceled series include Grey’s Anatomy. Collins appeared on the ABC medical drama in 2018 as Denise in an episode titled Flowers Grow Out Of My Grave.
Might Collins be headed back to Grey’s Anatomy, the new Beverly Hills 90210 reboot, or is a return to YR in the works?
The actress said she’ll reveal more soon so stay tuned! As soon as Soap Hub has more info, we’ll share it with you! The Young And The Restless airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for air times.
