Sharon is in trouble on The Young and the Restless. Now that Faith and Lucy have been involved in an accident, both Nick and Sharon are in a situation that brings a lot of deja vu from when Daniel and Cassie were in an accident that led to Cassie’s death. Joshua Morrow said Nick is really worried for Sharon, and he doesn’t even realize she’s hallucinating Cameron Kirsten.
Scary Situation
Sharon (Sharon Case) has already been struggling, and Nick realizes it. Now that Faith (Reylynn Caster) and Lucy (Lily Brooks O’Briant) have been in an alcohol-related accident, Joshua Morrow talked with Soap Opera Digest about the situation, and he admitted that Nick is concerned about Sharon’s well-being.
“Nick is just on high alert,” Morrow told SOD, “because he really needs, for Sharon’s sake and for Faith’s sake and everyone’s sake, for Sharon to get back to her old self. It’s a legitimate fear that this is only going to make things worse, and it’s already a very tenuous situation with Sharon.”
As they are in the hospital with Faith, Nick notices that Sharon is incredibly fragile. “Nick knows Sharon better than anyone, and he knows what she went through the first time around with her bipolar disorder. It’s a very scary situation. He’s very concerned and scared for her.”
Of course, Nick doesn’t realize that Sharon has a hallucination of Cameron (Linden Ashby — here’s what you need to know) tormenting her. He just thinks this has to do with Cassie (Camryn Grimes) and the situations being uncomfortably similar, especially since Lucy is Daniel’s (Michael Graziadei) daughter.
The good news is that Morrow said Nick plans to step up for Sharon in whatever way he needs. What do you think will happen to Sharon, and how will Nick play a role in helping her get better? Let us know in the comments below.
