Young and the Restless Star Courtney Hope’s Cornbread Snafu Will Make You Laugh

Sally Spectra has made costly business mistakes on The Young and the Restless. That’s not the case for actress Courtney Hope. She ran into a different type of situation that had a silver lining. Hope wanted to bake cornbread for holiday potlucks but ended up in a massive conundrum.

Cornbread Conundrum

Hope took to her Instagram stories to share her issues with fans. She looked up a cornbread recipe. However, she’s a busy soap star, so she won’t have the time to bake that many for her upcoming potlucks. Hope decided to order “two boxes of cornbread mix on Amazon.”

However, she ended up with 20 boxes, equating to 288 servings—way more than she ever needed. Hope admitted that she’s not even a fan of cornbread. “I can’t even eat it. There’s wheat in it,” she said.

The Y&R star didn’t realize how many boxes of cornbread she ordered. She joked that “everyone’s getting cornbread for their Christmas gift.” She doesn’t even know how she ended up in this predicament in the first place.

“I’m not baking all this. I don’t even like to bake,” Hope continued. “I don’t, but potlucks are coming up, and I’m like, ‘Oh, I don’t want to cook something. I’m going to bake. I’m going to bake God in his abundance.'”

All in all, Hope learned an important lesson from this matter. She loves the idea of sharing additional cornbread with her friends and loved ones, especially during the holiday season. “It just warms my heart,” Hope noted.
