Tucker McColl returned to Young and the Restless in the form of Trevor St. John in September 2022 with much fanfare. Now, there’s a big change in the actor’s status with the top-rated CBS soap opera.
Tuckered Out
“Dear [Young and the Restless] fans: As you well know, Tuckers come and Tuckers go, and so the cycle continues… this Tucker is in his go phase…” St. John shared on X, formerly Twitter.
‘I thank each and every member of the wonderful cast, the crew, the directors, the producers and production staff, and CBS/Sony for the great experience from day one to the last. I feel so fortunate to have played such a terrific role,” the actor continued in a follow up tweet.
“Most importantly, I want to offer my heartfelt gratitude to you the #YR [fans] THANK YOU!” St. John added.
Trevor St. John is best known to soap fans for his turn as Todd/Victor on One Life to Live. The actor took the opportunity to remind his followers that he has other projects outside of Y&R. “Tucker might be gone for the time being, but I’m not going anywhere. I’ve got projects in the works, and if you haven’t seen my film, A GOOD ENOUGH DAY, it’s now available to stream for free on Tubi!” he added.
Soap Hub has reached out to Y&R’s press team to see if there was a comment on St. John’s announcement.
