Your favorites from The Young and the Restless are sharing some of their favorite holiday traditions. You might want to snag some of these for yourself. Or you can let us know some of your family traditions. Either way, the cast got together for the holidays, and they let loose and had a good time.

Y&R Holiday Edition

Ray Wise (Ian) and Colleen Zenk (Jordan) got into some good trouble for a change. The evil duo kicked off the game “This or That.” They opened a red gift box with questions inside. The question asked, “Real tree or artificial tree?” Both of them yelled, “Real tree.” Wise claimed that he cuts them down himself.

Susan Walters (Diane) and Peter Bergman (Jack) answered whether they liked candy canes or chocolate. No wonder why they have insane on-screen chemistry. They get along just as well behind the scenes. Both Walters and Bergman remarked they love chocolate more than anything.

Now it’s time for a “Shick” reunion. Joshua Morrow (Nick) and Sharon Case (Sharon) revealed whether they liked wearing Christmas pajamas or ugly Christmas sweaters. Unsurprisingly, they were in agreement as well. They remarked that they both love wearing pajamas. Morrow said, “I hate sweaters; they make me hot.”

Michelle Stafford (Phyllis) and Michael Graziadei (Daniel) have been filming some difficult scenes lately, but they made some time to join in on the fun. They were asked whether they loved sledding or snowball fights. Both of them exclaimed they loved a good snowball fight. That’s not surprising, coming from Phyllis, the queen of mean.

Good Cheer

The Y&R cast seemed to agree about many of the questions. It must’ve been the holiday cheer. Sean Dominic (Nate) and Zuleyka Silver (Audra) revealed whether they liked gingerbread houses or Christmas cookies. They both were in unison about eating a good Christmas cookie.

Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea) and Mark Grossman (Adam) were asked a tough question. They revealed whether they like gift wraps or shopping bags. Both agreed that wrapping gifts is a pain, but there’s something exciting about opening a present on Christmas morning. They ultimately chose wrapping paper.

One couple who wasn’t in agreement was Conner Floyd (Chance) and Allison Lanier (Summer). They were asked, “New Year’s resolutions: Yay or nay?” Connor responded with a “Nay.” However, Allison remarked that it’s a “time to make yourself better, not just one day out of the year.”

Lauralee Bell (Christine) and Michael Damian (Danny) agreed on the Christmas song “Last Christmas.” The duo even treated fans to a quick rendition of the memorable song.

Cait Fairbanks (Tessa) and Camryn Grimes (Mariah) revealed their gift-shopping habits. This couple was opposite, with Fairbanks noting “I’m a planner.”

Michael Mealor (Kyle) and Hayley Erin (Claire) revealed whether they shop last minute or in advance. Mealor shared that he shops in advance. Erin admitted that she “waits until the last minute.” She loves being part of the holiday rush at the mall.

What about the Golden Couple?

Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki) and Eric Braeden (Victor) got the same question. Let’s see if they agree. Braeden said he would rather “wait until the last minute.” Thomas Scott playfully tossed the question aside and said, “I’m shopping in advance, of course.”

They also looked for more questions in the gift box. They answered whether they prefer “online shopping or in-person shopping.” Braeden couldn’t decide. Thomas Scott said she “does a combo of both.”
